Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you full authority over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply choose the email box account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
